My husband and I got married at Trevenna this past weekend 15th-17th November 2024. From start to end the team at Trevenna went above and beyond for us all. When we began out search for a venue we were always looking for somewhere that included accommodation as we had family coming from France to help us celebrate. Well, I can tell you all that by gosh Trevenna SMASHED it out of the park. I visited 5 times in total, twice before we booked, the day we booked and then twice since and each time I fell in love even more. Situated in the middle of Bodmin moors, surrounded by absolutely spectacular views I couldn't recommend enough. They helped with EVERY detail. We all had the most fun and such an amazing time while also being relaxed and carefree. If I could shout it from the rooftops I would.
Thank you to everyone at Trevenna for making our weekend amazing and special thanks to Vicky our wedding host who helped us both stay sane throughout.

My husband and I got married at Trevenna on 11/11/24 and I can honestly say it was the most magical experience.
The staff were all incredible throughout the whole planning experience, and everyone was so helpful! Daniel, Jonathan and Vicky were so fab and the communication from them via email or phone was always efficient and productive.
Our on-the-day coordinator was Vicky, and I truly cannot sing her praises enough! She was so attentive throughout the whole day and nothing was too much for her. Because of Vicky, our whole day went off without a hitch and it was more perfect than we could have ever hoped for!
As for the venue itself, the backdrop is just absolutely beautiful - we were blessed with sunny weather which meant all of our guests could spend time outside and appreciate the beauty of this place. I have been in awe at how pretty the venue is every time I have visited, and one of the things I loved about it was how secluded it all is - we had the whole place to ourselves for 2 nights and it was wonderful that we and our guests could be fully present and immersed in our surroundings.
All of the accommodation is absolutely stunning, and everything was so comfortable and luxurious. Everything is so immaculate and well-kept, but at the same time felt so warm and homely.
I could not recommend this venue and the team enough if you are planning on getting married!

My husband and I got married at Trevenna on 31.10.24 and had a 2-night stay with close family and friends- it was the best few days of our lives! The Staff were very kind and accommodating, they answered any questions we had and went above and beyond our expectations to make our special day even more special.

We had a faux pas with our wedding cake, it slid and fell apart during transport and our wedding host, Jordan, was very calm and helpful. Mark, one of the Chefs, offered to make a new cake for us that night ready for the next day and pulled out all the stops to help us! And the cake ended up being better than the original! The barns are exceptional, we loved the rooms and the Garden Venue is stunning! All our guests loved their time with Trevenna and we have received many comments from them that it was the best wedding they have ever been to... and the best food!

Two weeks ago, we had our dream wedding at Trevenna Barns, and we can honestly say it was the best decision we could have made. Planning from abroad, we initially booked the venue without seeing it in person—something we felt comfortable doing solely because of how amazing the staff were from the start. They answered our endless questions with such patience and gave us a private FaceTime tour to make sure we knew exactly what to expect.

From that first call to our wedding day, the team was incredible, helping us every step of the way. They truly felt like more than just a venue team; they were our stress-managers, our on-the-ground wedding planners, and our calming reassurance all rolled into one. They handled everything so seamlessly that we were able to actually enjoy the planning process, which felt like a luxury.

The food at Trevenna is exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and prepared with such care. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about it! The rooms were stunning, spacious, and spotless, giving everyone a perfect place to unwind. The organization on the wedding day was flawless, allowing us to focus on each other and celebrate with our friends and family without a single worry.

We got married at Trevenna in Autumn 2024, and it was perfect in every way.

Our wedding host, Vicky, and the wider Trevenna team were fantastic. In the lead up to the event they were really communicative, answered all our questions and requests, and had some great suggestions to make the most of the weekend. When we arrived, they were so organised. I didn't have to worry about anything for the whole weekend and could simply relax and be present in the moment - and enjoy our wedding!

The venue is, of course, stunning. It was perfect for an autumn wedding. In an ideal world we wanted an outdoor wedding, but we wanted the indoor space to be just as lovely in the event that the weather was poor. The team were super flexible about this and prepared both the indoor and outdoor spaces so they were ready for whatever the weather threw at us. As it happened, the sun was shining!

The food was better than any other wedding I've attended. We wanted an all vegetarian menu and Trevenna could easily provide several delicious options for our guests. They catered for all dietary requirements, and one of our guests with particularly stringent dietary needs happily commented on how rare it was to receive a dessert that "looked just like everyone else's".

Our wedding cake was made by Mark at Trevenna and is also hands down the best wedding cake I have ever eaten (which is lucky, as we ended up with leftovers to take home!). The flavour variety was exceptional with loads of interesting and unusual options to choose from, and Mark took a flavour request as well without batting an eyelid. The sugar flowers he created for our cake were also stunning.

The accommodation on site was great, we particularly enjoyed the fireplace in the Wagon House. There was the all important access to tea and coffee, and the team at Trevenna made sure there was a platter of the evening food and cake set aside for us for when we turned in at the end of the evening.

Clearing up at the end of the weekend was made easy. The team gathered up all our things to make it easy to pack away, didn't rush us at all, and even sent us away with a bottle of bubbly to enjoy at home. I accidentally left a bag behind at the venue which the team kept hold of for me and are posting back to me.

Overall, a fantastic experience and big thanks to the team.

From the moment we arrived at Trevenna for our first viewing, we knew it was the perfect venue. Jonathan’s warm and welcoming approach instantly made us feel at home. The whole experience was professional, and organised, yet still had a lovely homely feel.

The food-tasting evening was amazing! We loved being able to try all the food, it was such a fun experience. We recommend booking a taxi or organising a lift so you can really enjoy the wine tasting!

The welcome meal was an absolute feast—everything was incredible, and the value was exceptional. We loved that we could host our guests on-site; it felt like having a wedding at home but without any of the logistical stress.

Communication was fantastic throughout, with prompt responses to emails and every member of staff going above and beyond. Special thanks to Jonathan, Daniel, and especially Vicky, who ensured the day ran so smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble, and her calm demeanour kept us relaxed. It was the little touches, like saving canapés and food in The Wagon, that made all the difference.

The staff had an amazing way of being there the moment you needed something, but it never felt like we were being watched. We were able to hand over all responsibilities and truly enjoy our day.

The food and service were outstanding—our guests raved about how delicious everything was and that they left feeling full (which is no small feat with our families!). The barns and accommodations were also in immaculate condition, providing a comfortable and beautiful stay for everyone.

We can't recommend Trevenna enough! Thank you for making our wedding day so special.

Selecting Trevenna as our wedding venue was the single best decision we made in our wedding planning process. In addition to a world-class, stunning property, they have an exceptional team that is very knowledgeable, communicative and willing to go the extra mile to make your day perfect and special. They were incredibly organized throughout the planning process, which made it so easy for us (even without our own wedding planner) and their onsite day-of coordinators are so detail oriented and brought the vision to life. Some above-and-beyond moments include their planning a private tasting weekend for us (given we are based in the U.S.), allowing us to do the ceremony in a brand new garden area, sending us videos of various ceremony layouts so we could see it as close to in real life as possible, and allowing us to customize our food options to design the perfect menu (which our guests are still talking about!). It was the most magical weekend of our lives, all thanks to the wonderful Trevenna team.

We recently had our wedding weekend at Trevenna Barns. The Trevenna Team White literally brought my dream to life, and i could not be more thankful.

We spent the entire weekend surrounded by our family and friends and there Has been nothing but positive comments from everyone we have spoken too. Everyone complimenting the venue, the food and the staff. We had the “just bring the dress” package which included money towards flowers by Essential blooms, photography by Laura Buffery and the wedding cake by onsite Chef Mark. The Cake and food in general was mouthwatering.

From the first viewing to our final breakfast, nothing was too much. We did our first viewing virtually with Jordan at the end of 2022, we then went for our first physical viewing in Feb 2023, again with Jordan. We got on so well with him and he made us feel so comfortable and at ease, that we actually requested him as our wedding weekend host. From being the best hype man before we walked down the aisle, to finding wood glue to fix our cake topper. Nothing was too much for him. Daniel was also a wonderful help in the run up to the wedding, answering questions, supporting us with spreadsheets! The entire Trevenna team are

The accommodation onsite is beautiful done, everything is done to a high standard and is the whole venue is incredibly clean and tidy.
The grounds are so well kept, so many beautiful photograph opportunities.
Although it rained on our wedding day, it really didn’t matter as there is so many places on the grounds that you can use. We had our ceremony and Wedding breakfast in the garden venue, and canapees and drinks In the Mowhay, it was perfect being able to move around.

We can not thank Trevenna enough for making the weekend so magical for us. We will never forget it.

Matthew, I can’t believe it was a week ago today, words can not describe how truly amazing and magical our day was, it was everything we had imagined and more.

Absolutely blessed to have been able to have the first outdoor ceremony of 2024. After a very wet year, the sun did not stop shining from the moment we arrived. Although it wouldn’t have mattered - as the venue speaks for itself!

I cannot thank everyone at Trevenna enough for the most magical, effortless day. To Daniel, Jonathan and Cathryn in everything in the run up, and to the most wonderful host Vicky and her team over the weekend.

We were in awe of Vicky’s professionalism. She’d ask one question, and would be able to take care of it in an instant.

The venue makes you able to upgrade your wedding from ‘just a day’ to the most magical weekend with all of your loved ones. With multiple rooms to eat and drink, having all your guests stay on site and the most amazing grounds and views, the whole place was faultless.

There is genuinely not even a single minor detail I’d change or wish I had done differently, I just wish I could do it all over again and again.

From the moment we arrived until we left the care, attention and helpfulness from you all was absolutely insane.

The day/ weekend wouldn’t have been the same without you.

The food was amazing, every meal we had with you was another level from the bbq the evening before to breakfast and the main dinner it was all incredible and so so many compliments from all our guest as well. The pasties in the room when we returned at the end of the night were delightful as well!

The new Mowhay space was brilliant and although we were gifted with a storm the extra space felt spacious and catered to what we wanted perfectly. Although we had high wind for most of the day it didn’t affect a thing and we were then luckily enough to have a beautiful golden hour and the wind by some miracle dropped. The photos catching the reflection on the glass outside the Mowhay are stunning. Being able to invite extra guest the evening before as well with the Mowhay space was such a lovely touch, our whole wedding party felt connected all weekend and it really helped us ease into the weekend.

I also loved getting ready in the farm house with all the bridesmaids, it was so nice to all be in the barn together and have loads of extra space. It’s beautiful and so grateful that this was an option for us.

Jordan where to start with Jordan, you are the wedding best friend you didn’t know you need, you are just the best and we are so grateful for all your help. No ask was too big or too small and you’re just incredible at your job!

Words cannot express how grateful we are, and really looking forward to come back soon for a roast, sorry we didn’t end up staying for a roast as planned, it was a great idea at the time of booking but in reality we were exhausted and so full from a yummy breakfast!!

The moment we came to view Trevenna we knew it was perfect for our wedding day. It was only the second venue we saw in Cornwall and although it was off the beaten track we were smitten as soon as we saw it.
It’s the perfect blend of a rustic, relaxed barn venue with top class, luxury accommodation. It was really important to us with guests travelling abroad for our wedding to give them comfortable and spacious accommodation. We are both foodies so placed a big emphasis on the quality of the food and loved the fact that Trevenna is also a working farm that grows its own fresh produce that they use in their dishes.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our wedding was perfect, from the beautifully decorated ceremony space to the delicious farm-to-table cuisine served throughout the two days we stayed.

The accommodation was presented to such a high standard of luxury, providing a comfortable and picturesque retreat for us and our guests. Waking up to the peaceful countryside views was a dream come true.

The team at Trevenna truly made our wedding day unforgettable, and we couldn't recommend this venue highly enough to anyone looking for a magical and romantic setting for their special day. Thank you for making our wedding dreams a reality.

We recently had our wedding at Trevenna in August and we were blown away with the venue, the support, the staff, the food, everything!

After having our wedding cancelled 3x due to covid we changed venues and started fresh with Trevenna, and I thank our lucky stars we did! Everything from the start of our journey with them was nothing short of amazing. The communication was quick and helpful, they provided us a wonderful feasting evening to sample our menus, they had open days for us to view the venue and then to choose welcome drinks etc. on the lead up to the day we were in constant contact and they put up with my ever changing bed schedules! Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Our wedding celebrations was across 3 days. We were met by our incredible host Cathryn who instantly put us at ease. She ran through every little detail and took any stress we had away. She is a god send. Cathryn handled all the communication with our various suppliers which meant we could relax and enjoy time with our friends and family. We had no stress AT ALL.

The wedding morning was so relaxing and that’s all down to Trevenna and their exceptional team.
The wedding day was the day we had hoped for so long. The venue was dressed beautifully, guests were greeted and shown where to go, We had so many compliments on the food. Being gluten free myself I was worried that I’d be missing out, but from the canapés, main meal, cake, evening food, breakfasts it was hands down the best gf food I’ve had.

The littlest details were considered and executed perfectly by Trevenna, they really are an incredible venue and will make your special day the best it could be. We had the best few days celebrating and we are so so glad we chose Trevenna as our special place.

We had our wedding here on June 12th 2023, we went for the "just bring the dress" package which included the cake (Trevenna made in-house), photographer (Laura Buffery - amazing, friendly, patient, professional and calm photographer), florist (Kirsty Andrews Essential blooms - very talented and creative), food plus 2 nights stay at Trevenna with breakfast included and a welcome dinner the night before the wedding for 40 guests; is all included in the package.

What we loved the most about Trevenna is the professionalism and organisation from the first viewing right up until after the wedding day.

We both have very busy schedules leading up to the wedding and it was often Trevnna chasing us for details! This was made so much easier with their excel and word documents to fill out. Any questions we had (however silly!) were never an inconvenience, their whole team is extremely professional and calm throughout the whole process.

My husband particularly liked the inclusivity of Trevenna allowing us to bring a cultural dish and to be served with the evening munchies; asking how it should be served was a very nice thoughtful touch. Every single guest said how fantastic the food was, how fresh and filling the food was - even those with food allergies/requirements said they still felt included and were able to enjoy the tasty food.

As for on the actual wedding day, Jordan was our wedding coordinator and he was just so great at his job. Always checking in on us, making sure the wedding day ran on time (again thanks to the wedding day schedule Trevenna had us submit beforehand) and making small arrangements such as: postponing the drinks/food reception for 15 minutes as we forgot the confetti and had to turn back around! This had no pressure on the kitchen - all the food came out perfectly; despite this last-minute change.

Jordan kept checking in with me on the wedding morning, asking if there was anything he could do for me, even putting the finishing touches on the tables or going out to buy blue-tac after he had finished work the night before the wedding!

All of these small touches really made the day run smoothly, we had the best day and wish we could do it all over again! I certainly recommend you book your wedding day with Trevenna, you will most defiantly not be disappointed.

Myself and my now husband hired Trevenna out for 3 nights as we were getting married at the local church.

From the moment we got there (even after arriving slightly early!) we were made to feel so welcome by the host Jordan, who after getting us a beer, sat us down and talked us through the plan of action for the 3 days.
The first day we had our delicious welcome meal outside, as the weather was glorious. It was fabulous.

On the wedding day, the rain did not stop pouring, but the team at Trevenna ensured this did not impact the day, and using their initiative and experience they still made sure the day was truly magical and one to remember. Jordan endured the smooth running of everything, contacting suppliers for us, chasing things up, and always remained calm and supportive throughout our stay, taking our stresses away.

On the final day, we were allowed to use the grounds for a family day including rounders, races and rugby! The grounds for this was perfect, even if it was a bit wet (again!).

Every meal we had at Trevenna was absolutely delicious, with guests commenting saying it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding!
The whole experience was just fantastic, and we wish we could do it all again. We cannot recommend this venue and the team that run it enough. Astounding!

Finally, a special thank you to Jordan who made our stay so special, looking after us and our friends and family - again many commenting on how awesome he was!

From the outset the team made the planning of our wedding so easy! After our first conversation we were so impressed and accompanied with all the information on there comprehensive website, we text our family and friends a save the date…before we even saw the venue! 

After a fabulous visit followed by an incredible food festival, our wedding was here! 

We had a wonderful wedding weekend filled with great food, drinks and service. The whole weekend was beyond all our expectations! 

The level of detail the team put into delivering a seamless weekend celebration made everyone feel so comfortable in the gorgeous surroundings! 

Lastly a big shout out to Sarah our host for the duration of the weekend. Super calm, extremely helpful and a her ability to be everywhere but equally not overbearing was impeccable!

We had our Wedding at Trevenna on 11th April 2023- on a day full of rain and horrific winds! The bad weather didn’t stop our day from being absolute perfection- courtesy of Trevenna. Even with poor weather, it provides the most spectacular backdrop for our day. It’s a venue that really brings the outside in, giving a very natural feel- you can get away with having no decorations as the venue is gorgeous as it is. Nothing was too much for our host Jordan. He looked after every aspect of our day- without being overbearing. He was so friendly and we felt he really cared about how our day went and that we had everything we needed and more. I was concerned that our dog wouldn’t be able to join in the ceremony as it was indoors due to the weather- but he was allowed in the room- which I was so grateful for.The venue, along with the grounds and the barns are something special. You feel like you are in your own little secluded part of Cornwall- with all your favourite people around you.The food is out of this world, initially we weren’t that bothered about the food on our wedding day, but after the tasting, we were so excited for our guests to eat it!The barns are finished to a very high standard, some with gorgeous fireplaces and all with very high finished bathrooms.I can’t speak highly enough about Trevenna and the whole team. Jordan in particular provided us with top notch customer service, before, during and after our day. Trevenna will always hold a very special place in our hearts and I cannot wait to visit again.If you’re considering Trevenna as your wedding venue- don’t hesitate- book it!!

We recently had our wedding at Trevenna and it’s hard to find the words to describe how incredible it was.
The venue, staff, food, drinks and everything in between was flawless. All of our guests have raved about it.

The communication in the lead up to the event was brilliant and from the moment we arrived on site, Jordan was there to make everything easy for us.

Naturally there were a couple of bumps as there always is with a wedding but Trevenna went above and beyond to resolve everything in a stress free manner.

As an anxious bride, I cannot believe how relaxed I was on the day but knowing the fabulous team had everything in control made it possible. This was such a relief and allowed me to enjoy the whole day relaxing with my new husband, friends and family. These are now my most treasured memories.

Wow! Where to even start. We've just returned after getting married at Trevenna. It truly was the most magical few days. Brodie and the team at Trevenna could not have been more welcoming, accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. We were able to have 34 guests stay for 2 nights and everyone throughly enjoyed their stay. The food was brilliant across all three days and the team catered to all dietery requirements without any issues or fuss. The team were able to accommodate all of our ideas to bring our vision to reality and were readily available to help out in both the set-up and take down of our decorations. They were able to advise us both in the planning and on the day to ensure the day ran smoothly without any issues. It really was the best few days of our lives and a lot of that is thanks to the team at Trevenna for helping it all come to life. We would recommend this place forevermore.

We got married at Trevenna on the 19th October 2023 and it was the most perfect day we could have ever imagined.

Moving on to the food….! WOW, everything we ate was absolutely incredible, from the canapés, to the wedding feast and the cake - and our evening munchies (pasties).. everything was delicious and we had so many compliments on how good the food was. We had quite a few guests with dietary requirements and everyone was catered for no problem! Thank you to Mark and everyone else in the kitchen!

One of the reasons we chose Trevenna was because of the onsite accommodation, we were so happy so many of our guests could stay onsite. All of the rooms were perfect - clean, well equipped and so comfortable.

It is the most perfect wedding venue with the best staff - everyone was so kind, thoughtful and helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day.

I have dreamed of getting married at Trevenna even before we had gotten engaged. There was no where else I wanted to get married and it just happens that we moved 20 minutes away from the venue!We came to view Trevenna in January 2019 just so that we had seen the place and booked immediately. We unfortunately had to postpone our wedding due to covid and Trevenna couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating!The hosting team and all of the planning went so smoothly and was well organised and planned out. The food tasting evening was such a wonderful experience for us.We finally got our day last Saturday and everything was beyond perfect!We and our family and friends arrived on Friday and the team were so helpful and we were able to set the venue up quickly and efficiently.All of our guests were blown away by the venue, the views, the staff and especially the food!! The Tartiflette is not to be missed!! Everyone was singing teams praises all weekend and how lovely and helpful everyone was, they really are a credit to Trevenna!Jordan, Brodie and Victoria were our wedding hosts for the weekend and what absolute stars they are!! We have recently got married at Trevenna and COULD NOT recommend it enough. We were completely blown away with how committed the whole team were to keeping our day on track, being there for anything we needed and making our guests feel so welcome. There was nothing that was too much for the team both in the run up and on the day. They made our day and weekend everything that we dreamed of.

The venue itself is breathtaking - you really can't express how beautiful the surroundings are, the accommodation was spotless, well equipped, well designed, homely and comfy! All our guests were very complimentary about their stay at Trevenna.

I must also make a special mention of the food. We had a welcome dinner the night before and full wedding food -on the day - and every single thing was perfect. We had a chef in attendance on the day and even they were impressed! The food was one of the top 3 things guests mentioned when we caught up with everyone about the day - so if you're foodies like we are, this is the venue for you!

On arrival Brodie and Catheryn were the most helpful and understanding people I think I’ve ever met, happily chatting to myself and my friend Claire while we set up and offering suggestions; they had a calming influence over what was a stressful day (it had to be the day before my wedding my dog got sick!). Brodie was exactly the person I needed on the day too, such an amazing personality and he honestly put up with so many silly requests but completed them without question. He checked in with me it seemed at exactly the right moments throughout the day; he very genuinely complimented our speeches which meant a lot to us. He ended up feeling like a friend, and I can vouch for all of my bridal party when I say that as they really loved how supportive he was.The whole staff team were incredible, making me laugh when I was nervous, fluffing my train before walks and photos, checking in with us and just being all around amazing. We were so excited to hear that you are opening a cafe as we were sad to think we’d not be at Trevenna again, we can’t wait to come back!! Again, thank you all so so much, most incredible venue and team, my guests were in awe of everything; especially the food!! We will be suggesting you to anyone who will listen!Thank you for making our day better than we could’ve ever imagined

We got married at Trevenna in September and had an absolutely magical time.
Booking and prep for the wedding was incredibly smooth. Before even visiting there is a wealth of information on the website and we found things like costing and what was included completely transparent enabling us to start making plans immediately. The team are very communicative and nothing is too much trouble. Everything is highly organised, clear and simple from the word go. Every member of staff we spoke to via phone or email was knowledgeable and helpful, and incredibly patient when we got things wrong at our end or had to change plans. I didn't have to chase anything up as the team were already on it.

When it came to our actual stay, it was fabulous from start to finish. The accomodation is clean and modern and everything has been thought of.
Our wedding coordinators Jordan & Sophia were amazing throughout and had thought of everything before we even had to ask (very helpful when you wake up the morning of your wedding with only half a brain!). All the staff seemed very relaxed, professional and organised and we didn't have to worry about a thing.
On the morning of our wedding the weather was patchy so they set up two ceremony areas to let us decide at the very last minute whether we got married indoors or outdoors- we really appreciated all the effort that was put in to make everything perfect.
Everything was amazing- food, drink, location, staff, value for money, organisation. I can't fault a thing.

We had our wedding here on June 12th 2023, we went for the "just bring the dress" package which included the cake (Trevenna made in-house), photographer (Laura Buffery - amazing, friendly, patient, professional and calm photographer), florist (Kirsty Andrews Essential blooms - very talented and creative), food plus 2 nights stay at Trevenna with breakfast included and a welcome dinner the night before the wedding for 40 guests; is all included in the package. What we loved the most about Trevenna is the professionalism and organisation from the first viewing right up until after the wedding day. We both have very busy schedules leading up to the wedding and it was often Trevnna chasing us for details! This was made so much easier with their excel and word documents to fill out. Any questions we had (however silly!) were never an inconvenience, their whole team is extremely professional and calm throughout the whole process. My husband particularly liked the inclusivity of Trevanna allowing us to bring a cultural dish and to be served with the evening munchies; asking how it should be served was a very nice thoughtful touch. Every single guest said how fantastic the food was, how fresh and filling the food was - even those with food allergies/requirements said they still felt included and were able to enjoy the tasty food. As for on the actual wedding day, Jordan was our wedding coordinator and he was just so great at his job. Always checking in on us, making sure the wedding day ran on time (again thanks to the wedding day schedule Trevenna had us submit beforehand) and making small arrangements such as: postponing the drinks/food reception for 15 minutes as we forgot the confetti and had to turn back around! This had no pressure on the kitchen - all the food came out perfectly; despite this last-minute change. Jordan kept checking in with me on the wedding morning, asking if there was anything he could do for me, even putting the finishing touches on the tables or going out to buy blue-tac after he had finished work the night before the wedding! All of these small touches really made the day run smoothly, we had the best day and wish we could do it all over again! I certainly recommend you book your wedding day with Trevenna, you will most defiantly not be disappointed.

Trevenna has a special place in our hearts now and forever. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to hold our wedding. If there is anyone reading this review because they're wondering if they are choosing the right venue - you absolutely are!

From the moment we visited Trevenna in 2021 for a viewing we felt as if we were the most important people in the room every time a member of staff spoke to us. It was only the third venue we had seen but we immediately fell in love with it's charm. We had been warned by a nearby venue that Trevenna was a 'Wedding Factory;' that would be hard to put our own mark on - but it was clear from the smooth introductory visit and excellent breakdown of costs, (accompanied by tea and cake!) that the staff knew exactly what we were looking for and how we wanted our wedding to be. The venue itself was so beautifully maintained and peaceful - we are both Ecologists by trade so we were very keen to find somewhere that was integrated with nature.

Visiting the food festival a year later was so much fun, and we were treated so well by all the attentive servers, hosts and managers. I couldn't believe how much of the food and drink we were able to try over the course of a few hours! It felt like the perfect introduction to our own mini-wedding experience.

In the run up to our wedding date at the end of June 2023, we were very much supported via phone calls and emails. No questions were too big or too small and were always answered within 24 hours so we were never left to wonder if we were asking silly things. The staff even helped us arrange a last minute keg and an order of wine just a few days before the ceremony after a generous last minute contribution towards drinks from family members.

On the day we arrived before our wedding (we had a 2 day wedding so we turned up the day before) the whole place was running like clockwork. Our introductory meeting with our Wedding host Sarah was so explanatory and gave us a chance to talk everything through step by step. We then had loads of time explore all the rooms and to drink, eat and meet with all our family and closest friends who had been invited to the Welcome Dinner. This was a beautifully casual affair outside, with BBQ style food. The staff were attentive but never felt in the way, the entire experience was super laid back and entirely unscripted. The barman was also attentive to the very end (even to the point where the groom and groomsmen had to be ushered to bed!).

On the day of our wedding we couldn't have asked for more attentive staff. The venue was spotless, everything was set up beautifully for us and was perfectly in tune with any personal touches that we had put out the day before. I didn't have to spend any time fretting about vendors/suppliers as I knew that the wedding team would chase anything that went wrong - which really allowed me to enjoy my morning and get swept away in being a bride. The team had an entire back-up wedding venue arranged indoors, just incase a shower of rain snuck across at the worst time! Sarah and her team made sure we were all fed, watered and ready to go by the time they welcomed the registrar for our pre-ceremony meeting.

During the ceremony, all of music choices were perfectly executed and timed in such a way that could only be achieved by a venue who has experienced a thousand weddings beforehand, which I found extremely reassuring. Everything ran so smoothly and we were immediately met as man and wife by celebratory drinks put into our hands!

The reception meal was carried out amazingly. Guests were taken to their seats with perfect timing and glasses were never left to go empty. The food in particular was absolutely exquisite, there were so so many wonderful comments on the meals that were served and no table was left waiting for long while the other tables had their dishes delivered.

As we moved into the evening, the bar staff were wonderful in catering to all of our (slightly tipsy) guests - even when they all began moving onto cocktails and shots! The odd glass was knocked over but a member of staff would appear in an instant to ensure nobody hurt themselves. The band were told where to set up and they were provided with food and drinks during their break by the staff. We didn't have to worry about a single thing for the entire evening other than enjoying ourselves late into the night.

Not a single guest had any complaints about our wedding at Trevenna. They were treated wonderfully and we am so grateful that their experience was just as happy as ours had been. If we could go back in time and relive our experience at Trevenna I would absolutely do just that.

Trevenna was just an amazing wedding venue. Overall it was such a great experience, from the booking through to the build up and the day! The venue was beautiful and everyone we dealt with was great. We also loved the full weekend package, having our friends and family over for the full weekend was great and made it even more special.

Straight from the start, Trevenna was fantastic to deal with. We booked the venue back in 2021 after the long lock down. We aren't from Cornwall and were visiting for a few days to look at some different venues but our accommodation had cancelled on us last minute. We called Trevenna and Jonathan let us stay the night to be able to view all the venues, and as soon as we drove down the lane into the venue we knew it was the venue for us.

Trevenna itself is beautiful! The setting is fantastic with beautiful views across the Cornish country side with amazing ground. The collection of barns as accommodation are amazing. Rustic but still modern, a perfect blend of both. The wedding venue section again was great, with a bar, dance area, and food area. We were originally planning an outdoor ceremony by the arbour but unfortunately due to weather couldn't, but the indoor space was just as nice.

The staff were all amazing to deal with. Always very accommodating with questions and very flexible with with our needs. You really got the sense they cared about the wedding and were happy to build the day around you. During the wedding the staff were great as well, the coordinator, bar, waiting, and chefs were all great. We had our photographer cancel last minute and spoke with Trevenna, and they were great, calling all photographers to find us one that was available.

We barely even know where to begin to say thank you to you all for giving us the most perfect day. From start to finish the service was impeccable and we had so many guests come to us and say the same thing. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone went above and beyond to make sure our day was more than we could have ever imagined. Jordan - you were the most amazing wedding host. So many of our guests have commented on how lovely you were and how welcome you made everyone - including us - feel. You navigated all the dramas (the much-bigger-than-we-anticipated soft play, the will-they-wont-they band, the CAKE!) and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. We are beyond grateful for all your work and cannot thank you enough - especially for working with Matthew to pull off a whole new cake for us and just thinking of all the little details that we may have passed over - the sparklers were such a hit!

We got married here a couple of days ago and we have been on such a high ever since. Sarah and the team were incredible, so attentive and we had compliments from all of our guests regarding this. Not once did anyone have to ask for anything it was like they just knew. Sarah was very helpful during the beginning of the day, the overcast and windy weather meant that it was looking unlikely for our outdoor wedding so they set up both options just in case, and like a miracle the sun came out when needed. This was truly the best day of our lives and we couldn’t have asked for better, there was not one thing that went wrong or we would change. The food was absolutely delicious and plentiful, the wedding cake was so moist and perfect in every way. The scenery! You can tell these people are experts in weddings and I would highly recommend to anyone looking at this venue, just do it! It will be something you don’t regret!! We’ve just gotten married at the Trevenna on 13 February, and if I have any advice for any bride viewing the Trevenna, it’s stop looking anywhere else because this place is a slice of heaven.

From the very first viewing, the team were amazing. We booked on our very first visit in November 2021 because we were besotted with the place from first glance. The entire team know weddings inside out - their hospitality is miles above anything I’ve ever experienced before. We had some bumps along the way with our planning and Jonathan and his team bent over backwards to ensure that our wedding would still go ahead. The service the Trevenna provide is honestly flawless.

We open for the two night stay option and upon our arrival we were met by our host for our stay, sarah. The universe knew sarah was our girl, because she just got us from the get go. We just got on instantly well, like a long long best friend. Her and the whole team were honestly faultless. Nothing was too much work.

When planning our wedding I was so excited for our guests to finally see the beauty of the place and understand what we fell in love with at the offset and not a single guest that arrived didn’t see it. The grounds are impeccably kept, the views are breathtaking and every single building was beautifully clean, smelt amazing and offered a beautiful home from home. Our dogs were allowed to roam freely and there wasn’t a thing that wasn’t thought of.

There aren’t many things that take words from me but I’m speechless after our wedding here. Every second of the stay ran perfectly, there wasn’t a single thing that went wrong and that’s honestly down to the incredible team at the Trevenna.

I would choose to get married here in every single lifetime. The only thing I’m even remotely sad about is the fact I can’t go back and be excited about our special day again. Dreams really do come true, and if you’re after a slice of the Cornish dream for your big day, you want to get married here.

Honestly the most perfect venue, experince ever. We originally booked our wedding with Trevenna Barns in January 2020 for December 2021. February 2021 came and we weren’t sure with all the Covid regulations going on so we made the hard decision to move the wedding, the next weekend available was not until 2023 and we of course wanted to stick with December (the week before Christmas) Trevenna was so helpful with accommodating a new date for us and we are very grateful for this. The communication, the organising, the help was absolutely faultless from the very start until the moment we checked out after the wedding weekend. Everything was as smooth as it could be and every single guest commented on how amazing every single member of staff was, from the food to the rooms. The staff work ever so hard to make sure everything is perfect for your day. Me and my hudband were overjoyed and we want to thank you so much for every effort, particularly you Matthew, and all the other members of staff that made our wedding planning & wedding weekend so perfect. Firstly… Our wedding host. There are not enough good words to say about him. The level of care, consideration, helpfulness and all the other amazing qualities one could possibly have… His was at a standard unlike we’ve ever experienced. It felt like he became a part of our wedding. The amount of compliments we received about the host was unbelievable… I honestly cannot put into words how amazing he made our weekend.

In our hosts absence, we had another in the evenings. You didn’t see her without a smile. She was so incredibly welcoming, friendly and approachable. It truly feels that in such a short space of time, we all became friends and family with the team at Trevenna. We felt so looked after by our host in the evenings and again, received so many compliments from our guests about how polite she was.

The staff… All of our guest said they have never experienced a service from the staff the way they did at Trevenna.

Cake Maker… When we seen the cake, both of our jaws dropped in absolute awe! We met our cake maker before the wedding and seen him again the morning after and again, it felt like we became friends. I sent him a photo of my vision and it was absolutely perfect. The compliments about how stunning the cake looked were already at a high and then our guests tasted it… WOW!

Food… Let’s just say none of our guests left hungry! The quality of the food was a hot topic of conversation and despite feeling full, nobody wanted any food to go to waste because of how good it all tasted.

Venue… I simply can’t describe the feeling of stepping into Trevenna. I have said from day one that when I drive into the grounds, I feel instantly happy. We only had two guests that had previously been to Trevenna so almost everybody experienced it for the first time this weekend. They could not get over how beautiful the grounds were, the barns and the views. This will genuinely be my favourite place ever.Everything about this place is perfect!
