We recently had our wedding at Trevenna in August and we were blown away with the venue, the support, the staff, the food, everything!

After having our wedding cancelled 3x due to covid we changed venues and started fresh with Trevenna, and I thank our lucky stars we did! Everything from the start of our journey with them was nothing short of amazing. The communication was quick and helpful, they provided us a wonderful feasting evening to sample our menus, they had open days for us to view the venue and then to choose welcome drinks etc. on the lead up to the day we were in constant contact and they put up with my ever changing bed schedules! Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Our wedding celebrations was across 3 days. We were met by our incredible host Cathryn who instantly put us at ease. She ran through every little detail and took any stress we had away. She is a god send. Cathryn handled all the communication with our various suppliers which meant we could relax and enjoy time with our friends and family. We had no stress AT ALL.

The wedding morning was so relaxing and that’s all down to Trevenna and their exceptional team.
The wedding day was the day we had hoped for so long. The venue was dressed beautifully, guests were greeted and shown where to go, We had so many compliments on the food. Being gluten free myself I was worried that I’d be missing out, but from the canapés, main meal, cake, evening food, breakfasts it was hands down the best gf food I’ve had.

The littlest details were considered and executed perfectly by Trevenna, they really are an incredible venue and will make your special day the best it could be. We had the best few days celebrating and we are so so glad we chose Trevenna as our special place.

Myself and my now husband hired Trevenna out for 3 nights as we were getting married at the local church.

From the moment we got there (even after arriving slightly early!) we were made to feel so welcome by the host Jordan, who after getting us a beer, sat us down and talked us through the plan of action for the 3 days.
The first day we had our delicious welcome meal outside, as the weather was glorious. It was fabulous.

On the wedding day, the rain did not stop pouring, but the team at Trevenna ensured this did not impact the day, and using their initiative and experience they still made sure the day was truly magical and one to remember. Jordan endured the smooth running of everything, contacting suppliers for us, chasing things up, and always remained calm and supportive throughout our stay, taking our stresses away.

On the final day, we were allowed to use the grounds for a family day including rounders, races and rugby! The grounds for this was perfect, even if it was a bit wet (again!).

Every meal we had at Trevenna was absolutely delicious, with guests commenting saying it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding!
The whole experience was just fantastic, and we wish we could do it all again. We cannot recommend this venue and the team that run it enough. Astounding!

Finally, a special thank you to Jordan who made our stay so special, looking after us and our friends and family - again many commenting on how awesome he was!

Thank you Trevenna for allowing us to have our wedding with yourselves. We have made memories for a lifetime - we are looking forward to receiving the invitation for the anniversary cream teams (any reason to come back to Trevenna we will jump at!).

Jordan our wedding host was amazing alongside & Sophie our evening wedding host) and all the other members of the team including Matt.

All 3 days every member of staff were also incredible to all of our guests and people staying. Everybody had an amazing time.

If you're considering having your wedding here absolutely do it. You will not regret it.

Food was also fantastic, we fortunately had the weather on our side but even if it wasn't we would've still had a brilliant time.

From the bbq the night before to the breakfast the day after it was seamless! We've had so many compliments on how the wedding went and it's all thanks to Trevenna.

Rooms & barns are all beautiful inside, beds super comfy and facilities provided all of high quality.

Thank you Trevenna for making our wedding truly the best day of our lives.

We had our wedding here on June 12th 2023, we went for the "just bring the dress" package which included the cake (Trevenna made in-house), photographer (Laura Buffery - amazing, friendly, patient, professional and calm photographer), florist (Kirsty Andrews Essential blooms - very talented and creative), food plus 2 nights stay at Trevenna with breakfast included and a welcome dinner the night before the wedding for 40 guests; is all included in the package.

What we loved the most about Trevenna is the professionalism and organisation from the first viewing right up until after the wedding day.

We both have very busy schedules leading up to the wedding and it was often Trevnna chasing us for details! This was made so much easier with their excel and word documents to fill out. Any questions we had (however silly!) were never an inconvenience, their whole team is extremely professional and calm throughout the whole process.

My husband particularly liked the inclusivity of Trevenna allowing us to bring a cultural dish and to be served with the evening munchies; asking how it should be served was a very nice thoughtful touch. Every single guest said how fantastic the food was, how fresh and filling the food was - even those with food allergies/requirements said they still felt included and were able to enjoy the tasty food.

As for on the actual wedding day, Jordan was our wedding coordinator and he was just so great at his job. Always checking in on us, making sure the wedding day ran on time (again thanks to the wedding day schedule Trevenna had us submit beforehand) and making small arrangements such as: postponing the drinks/food reception for 15 minutes as we forgot the confetti and had to turn back around! This had no pressure on the kitchen - all the food came out perfectly; despite this last-minute change.

Jordan kept checking in with me on the wedding morning, asking if there was anything he could do for me, even putting the finishing touches on the tables or going out to buy blue-tac after he had finished work the night before the wedding!

All of these small touches really made the day run smoothly, we had the best day and wish we could do it all over again! I certainly recommend you book your wedding day with Trevenna, you will most defiantly not be disappointed.

Absolutely faultless, truly the most wonderful wedding.

Our wedding was over three days the entire time nothing was too much trouble and it was absolutely seamless.

The venue is stunning and the food exceptional.

The team at Trevenna are outstanding!

From the outset the team made the planning of our wedding so easy! After our first conversation we were so impressed and accompanied with all the information on there comprehensive website, we text our family and friends a save the date…before we even saw the venue! 

After a fabulous visit followed by an incredible food festival, our wedding was here! 

We had a wonderful wedding weekend filled with great food, drinks and service. The whole weekend was beyond all our expectations! 

The level of detail the team put into delivering a seamless weekend celebration made everyone feel so comfortable in the gorgeous surroundings! 

Lastly a big shout out to Sarah our host for the duration of the weekend. Super calm, extremely helpful and a her ability to be everywhere but equally not overbearing was impeccable!

We had our Wedding at Trevenna on 11th April 2023- on a day full of rain and horrific winds! The bad weather didn’t stop our day from being absolute perfection- courtesy of Trevenna. Even with poor weather, it provides the most spectacular backdrop for our day. It’s a venue that really brings the outside in, giving a very natural feel- you can get away with having no decorations as the venue is gorgeous as it is. Nothing was too much for our host Jordan. He looked after every aspect of our day- without being overbearing. He was so friendly and we felt he really cared about how our day went and that we had everything we needed and more. I was concerned that our dog wouldn’t be able to join in the ceremony as it was indoors due to the weather- but he was allowed in the room- which I was so grateful for.The venue, along with the grounds and the barns are something special. You feel like you are in your own little secluded part of Cornwall- with all your favourite people around you.The food is out of this world, initially we weren’t that bothered about the food on our wedding day, but after the tasting, we were so excited for our guests to eat it!The barns are finished to a very high standard, some with gorgeous fireplaces and all with very high finished bathrooms.I can’t speak highly enough about Trevenna and the whole team. Jordan in particular provided us with top notch customer service, before, during and after our day. Trevenna will always hold a very special place in our hearts and I cannot wait to visit again.If you’re considering Trevenna as your wedding venue- don’t hesitate- book it!!
