The whole day genuinely exceeded our expectations. Trevenna looked absolutely beautiful, the food was incredible, and every member of the team was so attentive and helpful throughout. Everything felt relaxed and seamless, which meant that Jack and I could simply enjoy the day without worrying about a thing. Our friends and family have also been full of compliments about the venue, the food and the wonderful team.
Pippa, we especially wanted to thank you for all the work you put in, both on the morning of the wedding, setting up our decorations and the wedding itself. Your support, patience and attention to detail made such a difference, and we are so grateful for everything you did.

For Cornish couple Amanda and Jack, planning their wedding meant doing things a little differently. Living in Dubai, they booked Trevenna without ever having visited — planning their Cornish wedding from afar through emails and Zoom calls with our team.
Then, finally, they arrived at Trevenna for the real thing.
Their wedding day brought beautiful blue skies over the Cornish countryside. Jack chose classic black tie, while Amanda looked effortlessly elegant in a timeless white wedding dress. The Walled Garden made the perfect backdrop for their photographs, filled with summer colour and sunshine.
A Feast at Trevenna
Food was, of course, an important part of the celebrations. Their Wedding Feast began with a choice of Ham Hock Terrine with Piccalilli & Farmhouse Crostini, Cornish Charcuterie with Rocket, Parmesan, Balsamic Glaze, Crostini & Chutney, or Saffron Arancini with Cornish Yarg & Tarragon.
For the main course, guests could choose Wood-Fired Roast Featherblade Beef Brisket with Griddled Carrot, Roast Potatoes & Yorkshire Pudding, Chicken with Tarragon, Crispy Cornish Pancetta, Layered Potatoes & Mushrooms, or a Mushroom & Courgette Wellington with Cubed Potatoes, Basil & Pine Nut Pesto — all served with Trevenna home-grown seasonal greens.
Dessert was a choice between Sticky Date & Orange Pudding with Toffee Sauce & Cornish Clotted Cream and Chocolate Brownie with Salted Caramel Sauce, Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream & Honeycomb Crumble.
Coming Home to Cornwall
There was something particularly lovely about Amanda and Jack travelling all the way from Dubai to gather their family and friends together in Cornwall.
And perhaps their story proves that you don't always need to see your wedding venue before you know you've found the right place. With a little trust, plenty of emails and a few Zoom calls, a wedding planned thousands of miles away became a wonderful few days together at Trevenna.
