Matt, I was nervous and talked a lot and I am just so grateful that you dealt with that haha! You worked so hard yet made it look easy, reassured us both and dealt with everything. We felt like you just had it under control no matter what happened (drunken guest and all). From start to finish you were fab! 
Mandy, thank you for your instant random question answering and the lovely calming conversations we had throughout the stay. 
Sarah you were lovely as well we appreciate everything you have done for our few days with you. 
Every member of your staff were amazing and just felt so friendly and all our guests noticed."
