Sunday 10th January 2021
Beautiful still starts to January mornings. Clear skies and crisp air provide perfect conditions for colours to shine through.
Sunrise over Berry Tor, looking out from the Barns
Berry Tor rises from the southern slopes of Bodmin Moor on the valley side opposite Trevenna.
The row of Beech Trees in the middle ground marks the ancient trail following the ridge on which Trevenna sits, alongside the Walled Garden down the valley and up to the stone hut circles on Berry Tor. People have walked these paths for 1000s of years.
Winter sun on Farm House & Shippon
The brown clipped Beech Hedge between the Shippon & Stable glowing orange in the morning sun.
Barns glowing in Winter Sun, with ancient beech trees towering behind.
The cluster of Trevenna’s barns huddled together around small yard gardens, glow in the Winter sun.
