Quite moment for Alex & Will by the Lake

“We were looking for a venue that we could spend the weekend with the whole family including babies and dogs. We wanted something that was natural and authentic and Trevenna ticked all the boxes. We could accommodate the immediate wedding party and our whole family onsite for 2 nights, a real “wedding weekend”. AND we could bring our little dog with us. It was just perfect. It felt like the best Christmas, you have everyone you love all in one place”.

“We wanted something that was comfortable for us, which meant pretty relaxed (hence the ugg boots). It was close to Christmas, so we went for a winter theme with navy and silver but kept the flower decorations really simple and rustic. This helped us bring in fairly lights and hanging stars, which just looked amazing when it got dark at 5pm (love winter!). Our florist kept the simple theme which we loved”.

“The bride (me) can be a real control freak, but having an amazing team of bridesmaids, family and the wonderful Trevenna on hand meant that on the day, I was so relaxed and it honestly was the best day of our lives. Will typically just went with the flow and he had many people around to let him know what was going on. So my tips would be, this is your day and I believe you can be selfish and do what you and your husband to be want to do, we have no regrets from the day at all, apart from we wish we could have just had more hours to enjoy it!”

In to the Night. The sparkling celebrations continued into the evening onto the night!

Congratulations to Alex & Will from Team Trevenna xxx
