D E L I C I O U S welcome! We are fortunate to welcome couples, families and their guests from all over the world to marry and celebrate at Trevenna. A tasty portion of our welcome is serving the best of local Cornish produce and our homemade food – immediately as our guests arrive in true farming style!
There are no set menus at Trevenna. Instead, we are inspired by classic Farm House dishes, international food trends and continually from new ideas brought to us by our couples. We interpret these into Wedding Feasts @ our Food Festivals using ingredients from local food producers grown in the fields around Trevenna and within Cornwall.
NIBBLING SIPPING NATTERING
It has been a tasty few weeks out & about around Cornwall catching up with our Food suppliers, nattering over new produce, hearing about the growing season and celebrating the classics.
ROYAL CORNWALL SHOW
The Royal Cornwall Show is an opportunity for local food producers to show case their produce over a 3 day event. The local food & drinks pictured below are often enjoyed at Trevenna, and we went along for a taste!
DAIRY INTO CHEESE & CREAM
Cornish Blue Cheese produced just over the Moors from Trevenna, and Yarg Cheese wrapped in Stinging Nettle leaves! Both international award winning locally produced cheeses. So satisfying as Evening Munchies with chutney.
Milk from farms within view of Trevenna provided for Tea & Coffee in your barns, and then churned by the Trewithen family (featured above) into Clotted Cream for Scones.
